# Hubspot Forms

Most HubSpot forms are tracked automatically. Forms built in HubSpot's newer form editor need one small snippet.

Most embedded HubSpot forms are tracked automatically once the Humblytics script is on the page. Submissions show up as **Hubspot Form** in **Observe → Analytics → Forms**.

## Which HubSpot embed do I have?

Look at the embed code HubSpot gave you (in HubSpot, open the form and click **Share → Embed code**).

| Your embed code contains          | What to do                                                         |
| --------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| `hbspt.forms.create(...)`         | Nothing. It's tracked automatically.                               |
| `<div class="hs-form-frame" ...>` | This is a form from HubSpot's newer editor. Add the snippet below. |

**All your HubSpot forms show up as one "Hubspot Form"?** That's expected with automatic tracking. The Forms table still splits them by page, so you can see where each submission came from. To give each form its own name, use the snippet above with a different name per form.
